1、顾客光临，售货员礼貌的询问：
  Can I help you? 您要点什么吗？   What can I do for you? 您想买什么吗？  
  Anything I can do for you?  您要买点什么吗？
 2、欲购稀，则直接表述
  I’d like……  我想要……        I’d like to buy……我想要买……
  I want to buy……我想要买……    I want to have a look at……我想看一看
 3、询问购物的数量：
  How many……do you want? 您想要买多少呢？
  （How many +可数名词复数形式）
  How much……do you eant? 您想买多少呢？
  （How much+不可数名词复数形式）
  How many/much……would you like? 您想要买多少呢？
 4、告诉店员要买多少：
  half a kilo 半公斤   two kilos 二公斤
5、看物问价格：
  How much is it? 多少钱？  How much are they? 多少钱？
  How much does the pen cost? 这支钢笔多少钱？
6、报价：
  Two yuan, please 两元    Four yuan a kilo 每公斤四元
7、价格是否适宜：
  That’s cheap 很便宜    That’s too dear 太贵了。
8、决定购买：
 I’ll take (have) it (them) 我买    All right(OK)，I’ll take it  好吧，我买。
9、付钱：
 Here is two yuan fifty fen. 给您2.5元   Here you are 给您钱
10、询问顾客还要什么：
 Is that all? 就这些了吗？/还要什么吗？
11、如不要则说：
 That’s all 够了。
